Kitchendraw V65 Catalogs

Kitchendraw V65 Catalogs is a modern and open source drawing program. Users can create professional quality vector graphics from scratch or from scanned 2D images. The software provides tools for editing vector shapes, text, colors, patterns and more. Create complicated figures in minutes instead of spending hour on mathematics to make the figures perfect! Kitchendraw V65 Catalogs can be used by both novice users and professionals. Beginners will like the simple interface with extensive online help while professionals will enjoy having all their needs met in one place (layouting, exporting images, post-processors). All files are saved in SVG, so they can be easily imported in other software. Additionally, Kitchendraw V65 Catalogs comes with the possibility to generate animations or to create your own animation templates. Kitchendraw V65 Catalogs is perfect for agencies working with graphic design, interior designers creating furniture patterns and industrial designers creating industrial patterns. The name "Kitchendraw" was not the original name of the application, but it became so common that to hear people talking about it they say "kitchen draw", I think that's the same reason why people think that this application is just for drawing food (some people even trained drawing macaron, because it's much easier than real-life). But of course, you can use Kitchen Draw to create any kind of drawings. When the application was first released, it had no interface at all. It was just a blank canvas where you could draw objects using your mouse. Then, an old friend of Frédéric Beigbeder (the creator) offered to create the first Gtk+ interface for the program, and this is how it began. The original developers were Frédéric Beigbeder and Victor Voightlander. The latter developed interfaces using wxWindows. Frédéric Beigbeder developed core functions in C++ and Java. In 2004, after a few years as a freelancer, Frédéric Beigbeder quit his job to work full-time on Kitchen Draw. Victor Voightlander then became the main developer of Kitchen Draw. Since its onset in 2002, Kitchen Draw has been used for graphic design, video editing and animation by commercial companies around the world. The application is now used by a broader audience who use it for all kinds of projects from cooking recipes to dressing instructions instructions and much more. Kitchen Draw is an open source project under the LGPL license published on SourceForge under the name OpenKitchenDraw. Kitchendraw has been downloaded over 10 million times. Kitchendraw is the winner of the 2003, 2004 and 2005 Best Open Source Software Awards. The application had been featured in "Linux Weekly News" one year, two years in "Linux Magazine" and one year on Slashdot. It was also recognized on many other websites including Slashdot, Tux World, Linux Journal, Linux Format and Linux Planet. Kitchen Draw 2 was released on January 31, 2008 for Windows & Mac OS X. With more than 1 million downloads globally since its beta phase, Kitchen Draw 2 is aimed at improving performance while maintaining compatibility with older versions of the software. eccc085e13
